Where do you ship to?
Sparkles by Bella is happy to ship world- wide! Insured shipping is always included in the listed price.
Is your shipping tracked?
Yes, we ship through PostNL and DHL. You will receive a tracking number along with your purchase.
How long will it take to receive my ring?
Orders ship within 2–3 business days with free insured shipping. If you request resizing, please allow an additional 5 business days, as each adjustment is carefully completed by our goldsmith before shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can securely check out using iDEAL, Credit Card, Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal.
Can I return my ring?
Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days if the ring is unworn and in original packaging.
We do, of course, hope you’ll cherish your new treasure.
Are your rings authentic?
Yes — Because our rings are true pre-owned vintage and antique pieces, they rarely come with original certificates. However, every ring is carefully tested by our in-house licensed goldsmith for gold purity and gemstone authenticity.
Do you have a physical store I can go to?
We are an online store, but if you’re in the Amsterdam area and wish to view a ring in person, please use the ‘Contact’ form to arrange a time. For any questions or additional information about a ring, feel free to reach out through the same form.
Can I resize my ring?
Absolutely! We offer a ring re-sizing service for a small charge. To do so, please add ‘Ring Size Adjustment’ to your cart along with your ring and let us know the desired size. Please note, resizing a ring may mean it takes a little extra time to reach you.
Does my ring come with a box?
Every ring deserves a home as special as the piece itself. ✨ Each Sparkles by Bella ring arrives in it’s own classic velvet ring box for safekeeping.
